about

This is a remix of a remix. This song is a drastic improvement remix to Music Studio's Drunken Sailor Demo. The proposed song was meant to have singers, but not enough participants were involved, thus this is the instrumental version. If you would like to sing for the song, please go the following document:
docs.google.com/document/d/10Olqi…/edit?usp=sharing

Also let me know via Skype if you would like to sing for this song (My username is Midimistro).

Feel free to listen along and read the lyrics. If you follow the instrumentation properly, you should be able to figure out the placement of the words. Note that the loudest Singer always is the first line of that paragraph. Enjoy!

----Violins Solo----
What do you do with a drunken sailor?
What do you do with a drunken sailor?
What do you do with a drunken sailor, early in the morning?

Way hey and up she rises,
(Put him in the brig just until he's sober,)
Way hey and up she rises,
(Put him in the brig just until he's sober,)
Way hey and up she rises,
(Put him in the brig just until he's sober,)
early in the morning.

What do you do with a drunken sailor?
(Way hey and up she rises,)
What do you do with a drunken sailor?
(Way hey and up she rises,)
What do you do with a drunken sailor?
(Way hey and up she rises,)
early in the morning.

Way hey and up she rises,
Way hey and up she rises,
Way hey and up she rises,
early in the morning.

[As the wind blows quietly,
and the sea comes calling out to your name.
Drawing you to sail to the open seas,
to a place where you can be forever free.]

[Sailing can be such a joyous thing,]
What do you do with a drunken sailor?
What do you do with a drunken sailor?
[with a crew to man the ship of your dreams.]
What do you do with a drunken sailor, early in the morning?
[As you sail across the open seas,]
Way hey and up she rises,
(Put him in the brig just until he's sober,)
Way hey and up she rises,
(Put him in the brig just until he's sober,)
[heading toward the land of the free.]
Way hey and up she rises,
(Put him in the brig just until he's sober,)
early in the morning.

[As the wind blows quietly,]
What do you do with a drunken sailor?
What do you do with a drunken sailor?
[and the sea comes calling out to your name.]
What do you do with a drunken sailor, early in the morning?
[Drawing you to sail to the open seas,]
Way hey and up she rises,
Way hey and up she rises,
[to a place where you can be forever free.]
Way hey and up she rises,
early in the morning.

----Multi Intrument Solo----

[As the wind blows quietly,
and the sea comes calling out to your name.
Drawing you to sail to the open seas,
to a place where you can be forever free.]

[Sailing can be such a joyous thing,]
What do you do with a drunken sailor?
What do you do with a drunken sailor?

What do you do with a drunken sailor, early in the morning?
[As you sail across the open seas,]
Way hey and up she rises,

Way hey and up she rises,

[Drawing you to sail to the open seas,]
Way hey and up she rises,
Way hey and up she rises,
[to a place where you can be forever free.]
Way hey and up she rises,
early in the morning.
